The workplace is stressful because success, belonging, and knowing how to manage yourself and others while remaining credible are very important. People feel pressured day-to-day and push themselves to their limit and to keep their head above water. Stress effects the social realm but more importantly, it effects your body.
Employees must evaluate their feelings and be in tune with their emotions. Not only should the employee be able to recognize they are stressed, they need to be able to find a way to help ease the tension of the daily grind.

That is a lot of time to enjoy oneself. To think, or not think, yoga could be your thing (it also helps you become more in tune with your body and its limits). If you really need to think or blow off steam, get out there and go for a run.
