With all that is going on around us in this day and age, it is important to remember to both play and laugh whenever we get a chance to.

Today’s infographic covers very basic things that we tend to overlook: play and laughter. Thankfully, many of these reasons are included in this infographic–twenty-nine of them in fact!

This infographic presents a combination of informative facts, data fetched from studies, and quotes from renounced scholars, authors, etc. The one thing they all have in common is how they stress the importance of play and laughter during troubling or stressful times.
