We’ve all seen those hypnosis shows where a hypnotist makes a stranger quack like a duck in front of a huge crowd. I’m a little skeptical about the whole idea, but the power of persuasion? That’s a concept I can get on board with.

You can be in a position of authority with certificates that explain why people should listen to you, or just be friendly to people. Basically, if you get someone to trust you, or at least trust what you’re saying, the world is yours!
If you’re a waiter at a restaurant and want a bigger tip, make your customers feel like they’re getting special treatment. Want to sell all the VHS tapes you found in your garage that one time? Just hint to everyone that the tapes are vintage or that they’re rare collectibles — those tapes will be replaced by cash in no time!
