It’s a brand new baby year, and I know losing weight is at the top ofÂ everyone’sÂ New Year’s resolutions. I’m sure only about half of this resolution getsÂ fulfilled, Â therefore, I propose that people try to to focus on becoming healthier instead Â of focusing on the scale. Focusing on a better lifestyle will lead to a better,Â happierÂ self, and some pounds will come off as well.Â Another perk of living aÂ healthierÂ lifestyle is avoiding the dreaded diabetes.
Diabetes causedÂ by obesity can be cured with healthy meal choices andÂ exercise.
