Born to Run is a pretty popular book on the shelves right now, and I've been hearing a lot of buzz about it. I haven't read it, but I watched the author give a TED talk and I was inspired. He suggests that before weapons, humans could hunt prey by chasing them over long distances. His point seems pretty reasonable to me, and ever since listening to his talk I have been constantly wondering what other things our long-time ancestors did.
Back to the diet subject, this infographic grabbed my attention because the prevalence of processed modern food makes me wonder what our bodies truly need and crave. The infographic makes a good point that we should be eating what we were intended to eat, and certainly not any of that fake factory meat.
